'COVID 19 - a 'safer studio'

Welcome Back to PianoPiano Rehearsal Studios, and welcome to our new 'safer studio' protocols. 

We are proud to be back, and are continuing to ensure the safety of you, our customers and also our staff. Please see the following 'safer studio' measures we have taken and the protocols we will need to follow during this time.

The Building:

The building is sanitizing all communal areas on a regular basis, and has installed hand sanitizing units outside each elevator on each floor. There is also limited elevator access to 4 people at a time.

General:

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you not to come in and to reschedule your reservation with us to another time.

Hand soap and reminders to wash hands thoroughly have been placed in all bathrooms. We will direct you to the bathroom to wash hands before entering the facility.

We require a face mask to be worn upon arrival and in all communal areas. We strongly suggest that you wear a facemask inside our studios, especially if others are present.

Upon arrival we will ask all members of your party to fill out a contact form for our records so we can reach out to anyone who has visited the studio should it become necessary. This will apply to all guests and not just the booking party.

We will have hand sanitizer readily available at our front desk and near our front door.

In Studio:

Our studios will be sanitized after each use, this includes the piano, music stands, piano benches and stools, light fixtures and door handles.

 In order reduce traffic in our common areas, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment and leave the studios promptly when your appointment is finished.

It is a collective effort from us all to ensure the hygiene of our working environment, so please do your part to follow our 'safer studio' protocols.
